Position Details
- Title: Head of Branches
- Location: Head Office
- Job Purpose: To provide strategic leadership and direction to branches, driving business growth, ensuring excellent customer service and to ensure that the branches are compliant on Audit and Compliance requirements.
Duties
- Leadership: Develop and implement branch strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient customer service delivery.
- Team Management: Provide guidance and support to the branch teams.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the customer base and increase revenues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements/internal procedures and mitigate operational risks.
- Identify areas of improvements in processes and performance metrics to bring in more efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stakeholder management: build relationships with key stakeholders including customers, employees and partners.
- Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum experience of 10 years in Branch management or similar leadership role.

- Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations.
- Strong evaluation, communication and reporting skill..
