The Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA) offers Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 5) programmes during its March intake. This intake is coordinated by NACTVET.

Application Requirements
To be eligible for any of the Ordinary Diploma (NTA Level 5) programmes, you must meet one of the following minimum requirements:
- A Basic Technician Certificate (NTA Level 4) in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- OR an Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education (ACSEE) with at least one principal pass and one subsidiary in relevant subjects.
How to Apply
When the window opens in February 2026, the application must be done online.
- Visit the Official Portal: Go to the TIA Online Application System (OAS).
- Create Account: Register for a new account using your academic details (Form Four Index Number, NTA Level 4, or Form Six Index Number).
- Generate Control Number: The system will generate a Control Number for the application fee.
- Pay the Fee: Pay the non-refundable application fee via mobile money or bank.
- Complete Application: Log back in, fill in your details, and select your preferred Diploma course and campus.
