- Applicants must be citizens of Tanzania.
- The age limit for applicants is 45 years, except for those already employed in public service.

- “Testimonials,” “Provisional Results,” and “Statement of Results” will not be accepted.
- Individuals who are currently employed within the public service are not eligible to apply.
