The Open University of Tanzania (OUT) accepts applications throughout the year due to its flexible open-distance learning model. Application Requirements

3. Bachelor’s Degree:
- Two principal passes in relevant subjects at A-Level (ACSEE).
- OR a relevant Diploma from a NACTVET-registered institution with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
4. Diploma Programmes:
- At least one principal pass and one subsidiary in A-Level (ACSEE).
- OR a relevant Certificate (NTA Level 4) from a NACTVET-registered institution with a minimum GPA of 2.0.
